We are currently recruiting for a Safety Trainer for a busy Transportation Office. The candidate must possess the following:

.Have a current CDL in order to expedite the training of others

.Must have day to day transportation safety knowledge

.Must be familiar with Washington County Geography (areas such as Avella to Amwell)

.Must be familiar with basic software applications (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)

.Must be able to prepare presentations and communicate effectively with 100+ driversThis position requires a Safety Trainer to coordinate training of 100+ drivers and will be responsible for overall accident reduction. The candidate will be working in the office to expedite Training, process paperwork, etc.

The candidate will also be working in the field to get drivers certified with their CDL, School Bus Endorsement and Passenger Endorsements. This position required the Safety Trainer to be on call from time to time to review accidents and report them.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity with an established company in Washington, PA. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-4:00PM (except when on call) and this position is paying between $32,000 - $35,000 annually based on experience.

At least 5-10 years of Safety Training in the Transportation Industry is required.
