Description Responsibilities include: Reviewing and categorizing incoming documents, verifiying information for accuracy and preparing documents for additional handling by other associates. Entering and retrieving basic information from various computer systems and applications to update records, obtain information, and respond to routine inquiries, refers more complex issues to senior level associates or supervisors. Opening, stamping, sorting and distributing mail, answering all incoming calls and performing other related office support duties as requested, such as ordering suuplies, scanning, photocopying and sending/receiving/distributing facsimiles.
Candidate Profile 2 - 3 years of Customer Service Skills is a must. Must be a Proficient User in Word, Excel and Outlook. Type at least 65 wpm Data entry minimum of 10,000 kph
