- As our Level 1 PC Support Analyst, you will:
- Log all incoming support calls. Research, document, and communicate with contact and implementation of correction.
- Answer questions regarding system procedures, on-line transactions, system status, and downtime procedures.
- Analyze operating problems and quickly arrive at workable solutions.
- Answer questions regarding error messages and status.
- Escalate calls/incidents after all effort have been exhausted or until appropriate time s spent. (Judgment call.)
- Stay informed of all policies and procedures that effect customers.
- Responsible for updating the Application notes and giving ideas for Q&A's.
- Follow up on all incidents for completion.
Qualifications include:
- 2 year college degree or equivalent Help Desk experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Novel, NT, Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Lotus notes
- PC and LAN skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good sense of priority and time management
- Experience working on a team.Qualifications include:
