Description This is a Permanent position. The Salary range is DOE. ONLY Local candidates. Responsible for company-wide HRIS project planning, system reliability, documentation, reporting, ongoing support, and automation of all key HR cross-functional processes, including benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, and staffing functions. Serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists in developing and documenting system requirements, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Interacts as liaison in a customer support capacity for HR system users with internal and external technical contacts as it relates to all HR applications to ensure successful resolution. Responsible for maintaining data integrity and all appropriate documentation related to HR systems and processes. Performs high level data integrity audits and creates complex reports for end users. Assist in implementing HR system upgrades, testing and other technical projects assigned. Performs high level system audits to ensure data integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recommends system related process improvement opportunities and/or innovative solutions for cross-functional HR business processes. Develops process flows and procedures to ensure smooth workflow of new processes. Develops technical and end user documentation and user guides adhering to internal standards. Maintains process flows and procedures current as HR systems change to support business needs.
Provides effective and constructive communication and guidance to end users as appropriate to improve the data quality.
Develops complex reports using ADP Reporter as needed to support HR business needs. Provide assistance to HR users with ad hoc reporting tools. Responsible for producing and distributing on-going monthly and quarterly reports for clients Management.
Identifies root cause for technical issues and provides resolution and follow-up communication. Serves as first level contact to HR users for troubleshooting HR system issues. Escalates issues when necessary and collaborates with application vendor to coordinate resolution of system issues.
Assists in implementing ADP Enterprise & ETime patches, upgrades and new modules. Follows project work plans and identifies key issues related to change management implementation. Develop project plans and perform lead role or support role as assigned to successfully complete tactical projects associated with the ADP Enterprise and ETime systems. Maintain system tables and configuration in ADP Enterprise HR system and ETime.
Assists in implementation of HR technical systems and software applications as needed by developing business requirements, project plans, testing and system user documentation.
Maintains security access for HR System applications including ADP Enterprise, ETime, ADP Portal and SuccessFactors HCM. Maintain SOX compliant user security documentation.
Provides on-going training and support to HR Users to maintain a high level of HR system utilization for HR business needs. Works constructively in a customer service capacity with HR Users to identify opportunities to automate or provide solutions to HR business needs.

BA degree or technical certification.
4-5 years work experience in HRIS systems. Experience with ADP Enterprise or PeopleSoft is required. Experience with ADP Reporter is preferred with the ability to understand SQL (Sequel Query Language).
