Provide analytical support for the Control States Planning team manging the US and Canada Control markets for NA Spirits, NA Wines, and CN PAB in the form of reporting/analytics, tactical acitivities related to fulfilling replenishment orders into State/Province warehouses, pro-actively resolving all claims/reconciliation activities associated with replenishment good receipts, and doing so in a professional and courteous manner.

 Decision MakingDaily SAP ATP management and order changes -daily management/actioning of exception reports -review and recommendation of inventory stock highs/low -will work on miscellaneous team projects as needed -Authority to deny a claim Degree of Assistance: None for routine claims, some assistance for non-routine claims. Financial ResponsibilityNo budget responsibility.-Utilizes influencing skills, tact and tenacity to drive claims to successful completion.

-Contributes to key performance indicators by executing all transactions with a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

-Investigates, researches, interprets information and recommends solutions for resolution.-Identifies and preempts situations to resolve issues prior to escalation. Management Responsibility  No people management reponsibility -Responsible for adhering to the Control States replenishment order guidelines (will differ by State/Province) -Works with some degree of supervision and must \"partner\" on a daily basis with SMR Planners in  support of the replenishment process - Responsible for adhering to all CARM related action plans and processes as outlined.  Complexity of Role Strong analytical skills, tenacity, follow up, telephone/relationship management, problem solving, and data management.

-Demonstrated ability to make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies -Make recommendations for changes the will support cost avoidance and cost savings-Identifies trends, provides data and recommendation for resolution- Monitoring key metrics related to claims and ensuring that all SLAs are met, which include number of claims received, number of open claims , and aging of claims etc.

 Key Outputs/Deliverables Responsible to ensure timely and accurate processing of all claims Reponsible for timely follow up of information from plants/suppliers/warehouses to ensure replenishment orders are received timely and accurately Supports meeting or exceeding KPI objectives through proper execution of daily activities, pro-active problem solving and timely resolution of issues Responsible to provide reporting as needed (cycle time, open claims, denials, old claims, insurance claims, etc.)Constantly seeking for process improvements and making recommendations Experience College graduate or similar business experience packaged goods industry        -Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word. -Demonstrated ability to analyze and stay on top of projects/processes, develop and implement recommendations, and make sound decisions in support of business needs.-Ability to research & interpret information.
